The hot wings made me put in the 5 star rating here. The pizza is good, better than most. I’d order from here again strictly off the quality of the pizza. However, the reason I decided to drop a review, which I do not do often, is the hot wings. They are not your traditional bar hot wings. More similar to fried chicken with a bit of heat. Not slimy, drenched in sauce type. A style of wing I feel like I haven’t seen in a long time. Different but absolutely delicious. The “hot” is also very moderate so do not be on the fence between mild and hot. Get the hot and thank me later.
The crunch on these chicken wings were well worth the price. Great flavor and like I said before the crunch on these wings sounded like you were eating gravel. The flavor of the pizza was exquisite not super sweet or acidic just that perfect blend of tomato to cheese to dough ratio. Would highly recommend.
First time ordering pizza here. Recently found very positive reviews posted and decided to try. Very positive experience. Pizza was cooked to perfection and was very good. I will definitely be back ...
I’m so glad I stumbled across Marsella’s! The internet is obviously a judgement free zone, so, I’ll tell you, we found them last Wednesday and ordered 3 times in a week.... It’s just THAT GOOD. We can’t wait to try their other menu items. Friendly staff, clean restaurant, great pizza- I mean just look at that crust, they’re serving masterpieces! 10/10 recommend
Stopped in after a baseball game. The people were friendly, and the pizza was awesome. You could tell a difference between the quality of this good old fashioned pizza place and chain pizza establishments. The crust was a mix between pan and hand tossed in texture. The sauce was a perfect combination of sweet and savory. The cheese was just the right amount of ooey gooey goodness. Definitely would recommend. If we ever are in the area again, we’ll definitely return.
See update review at the end. This meal was shared between to people. 40 total. 20 each. Which is not bad. We ordered full slab rib dinner w/jo jo fries. 1 large cheese pizza. (Had it delivered) The ribs were very tender & flavorful. The Jojo fries are so good! If you look at pic you can see jojo's are a decent size. I have ordered from other places and most are small, not at Marsella's. The pizza is very, very, very good! As you can see in pic couldn't wait to have a slice befor taking photo. (Lol) All the food was delivered HOT. Did I mention how AMAZING everything tasted?? We really wanted a shareable dessert. Unfortunately, they have no dessert items!!! I have ordered food from here for the past 4 yrs. It has always tasted good!!@ This is the first time my friend has had it and she loved everything Except the fact we have no dessert for later tonight Big choc chip cookie the size of small pizza would have been great! HINT HINT to Marsella's owner. I believe anyone with children would agree as well. The large pizzas do run smaller than large pizza at other pizza places. In my case it was ok because we were sharing everything. If you looked at my pics & decided not to order from here my question to you is what is wrong with you? Look at that food, looks absolutely delicious and trust me it was sooo good. UPDATE: I have wanted to try their spaghetti. I did finally try it and I would rate their spaghetti and meatballs 3 stars. The sauce was not good, but their meatballs were amazing. I will definitely be trying their meatball sub in the very near future. I will update my post again.
A hidden gem I found out about on Facebook. Easily top tier Pizza in the Cleveland area. The sauce is incredible. Normally I don't like breaded wings either but these remained Chrispy and we're seasoned just right. This place has a loyal customer while I live in the area. I can't recommend it enough.
Absolutely phenomenal pizza!!!! Hubby and I were craving some good handmade pizza that was NOT at a run of the mill chain; found this place on social media and decided to give it a shot. We were blown away! Best mozzarella sticks and marinara, delicious Jo Jos, and the pizza was the best I've ever had. We tried the cheeseburger pizza and WOW! AMAZING! Can't wait to try all the other specialty pizzas.
